Beginning on March 1 each year, there shall be a Budget and Finance Federal Select Committee on Federal Policy Changes that is comprised of three full-time members. The Select Committee shall investigate potential federal funding and policy changes under the new presidential administration and, working with City departments and other leaders, help plan San Francisco's defense of our values, diverse communities, and funding priorities. The Select Committee is not a fiscal committee; its authority shall be limited to investigation and planning.
