		Resolution authorizing the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) to accept and expend funds in the amount of $1,913,199 from the State Corrections Standards Authority (CSA), from funds made available under Senate Bill 736 – known as the Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act (JJCPA) – for programs and approaches that have been demonstrated to be effective in reducing delinquency, for the period of July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007.

Know Your Rights Under the Sunshine Ordinance

Government's duty is to serve the public, reaching its decisions in full view of the public. Commissions, boards, councils and other agencies of the City and County exist to conduct the people's business. The Sunshine Ordinance assures that deliberations are conducted before the people and that City operations are open to the people's review.
